Playdabbl is a luxury hospitality curator that recommends and facilitates bookings at partner hotels across Poland. We do not directly operate hotel properties, casinos, spa facilities, or transportation providers. All accommodations, wellness rituals, dining experiences, and ancillary services are owned and operated by independent third-party partners. Playdabbl acts solely as an intermediary curator and concierge facilitator, connecting discerning travelers with carefully selected luxury establishments.
All reservations are subject to availability and the individual terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the partner property. Cancellation policies vary by property, season, and rate plan, and will be communicated to you prior to booking confirmation. Some reservations may be non-refundable. It is your responsibility to review and understand the applicable cancellation and refund policies before confirming any booking. Modifications and cancellations must be requested through Playdabbl's concierge team within the required timeframes.
Prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise stated and may fluctuate based on season, occupancy, currency exchange rates, and applicable taxes or service charges. All quoted rates are subject to change until a reservation is fully confirmed and a deposit, where required, has been received. Payment terms vary by partner property and will be communicated during the booking process. Playdabbl accepts major credit cards, bank transfers, and selected concierge payment platforms. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize all charges associated with your reservation.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the rules, policies, and standards of conduct established by each partner property. This includes, but is not limited to, casino floor regulations, spa etiquette, dress codes, noise restrictions, and responsible enjoyment of alcoholic beverages and gaming facilities. Failure to comply with property rules may result in removal from the premises without refund, and Playdabbl bears no responsibility for such actions taken by partner properties.
All content on playdabbl.homes — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photography, videos, design elements, and software — is the property of Playdabbl Hospitality Group or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Playdabbl. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your interactions with these third parties are solely between you and the third party.
It is the sole responsibility of the guest to ensure that they possess all valid travel documents required for entry into Poland and any other destinations on their itinerary, including passports, visas, vaccination records, and health certificates. We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Playdabbl is not liable for circumstances beyond our control affecting your stay at partner properties, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions, government actions, strikes, civil unrest, public health emergencies, transportation disruptions, or actions of third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playdabbl's total aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of the Site or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Playdabbl Hospitality Group, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
